How do I schedule a pickup?
Hamper runs it’s delivery system off of a block scheduling system. The pickup windows are each one hour long, and are available from 8 am – 8 pm, 7 Days per week.
The app will prompt you to choose a pickup window, and our driver will arrive at your home within the allotted time period. Your driver will text you 15 minutes before arrival.
How long until I receive my dry cleaning?
Currently, only 48 hour turnaround is available. You are welcome to choose a delivery window longer than 48 hours if it fits your schedule. 24 hour turnaround is coming in a few months.
What locations do you cover?
Hamper is available throughout Houston. We service the Inner Loop, Galleria, and everything west through the Energy Corridor, Memorial & Katy.
If you live in the Inner Loop, Galleria, Memorial, Katy, The Heights, Downtown, Midtown, or the Med Center, you can request a pickup. Availability of service is based on your pickup zip code. You can request us to come to either your home or your office.
If you can’t wait, and would like to beta-test Hamper outside of these areas, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set you up.
How does the Pick-Up & Drop-Off process work?
You select the time and location of pickup through our app. A Hamper driver will text you 15 minutes before pickup and you upon arrival. Once we have retrieved your garments, we will return them to you at the time and the address you've chosen.
If you have any special instructions, you can specify within the app before placing an order.

Do I have to be home?
Preferably, yes. If you want us to leave it with the front deck or at your door, just specify that in the special instructions.
Do I get a Hamper bag of my own?
Yes. All new customers receive a free Hamper bag at their first drop-off.
What other fees are included in my order?
There is a small delivery fee, based upon driving distance to your zip code. All orders also have sales tax added on.
